Psalm 19 v1:
The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands.
Romans 1 v 19 – 22:
Since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it
plain to them. For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities–his
eternal power and divine nature–have been clearly seen, being understood from
what has been made, so that men are without excuse. For although they knew God,
they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking
became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. Although they claimed to
be wise, they became fools.
Psalm 14 v 1 – 6:
The fool says in his heart, "There is no God." They are corrupt, their deeds are
vile; there is no one who does good. The LORD looks down from heaven on the sons
of men to see if there are any who understand, any who seek God. All have turned
aside, they have together become corrupt; there is no one who does good, not
even one. Will evildoers never learn- those who devour my people as men eat
bread and who do not call on the LORD? There they are, overwhelmed with dread,
for God is present in the company of the righteous. You evildoers frustrate the
plans of the poor, but the LORD is their refuge.
Psalm 10 v 4:
In his pride the wicked does not seek him; in all his thoughts there is no room
for God.
Psalm 53 v 1:
The fool says in his heart, "There is no God." They are corrupt, and their ways
are vile; there is no one who does good.
Job 12 v 7 – 25:
"But ask the animals, and they will teach you, or the birds of the air, and they
will tell you; or speak to the earth, and it will teach you, or let the fish of
the sea inform you. Which of all these does not know that the hand of the LORD
has done this? In his hand is the life of every creature and the breath of all
mankind. Does not the ear test words as the tongue tastes food? Is not wisdom
found among the aged? Does not long life bring understanding? "To God belong
wisdom and power; counsel and understanding are his. What he tears down cannot
be rebuilt; the man he imprisons cannot be released. If he holds back the
waters, there is drought; if he lets them loose, they devastate the land. To him
belong strength and victory; both deceived and deceiver are his. He leads
counselors away stripped and makes fools of judges. He takes off the shackles
put on by kings and ties a loincloth around their waist. He leads priests away
stripped and overthrows men long established. He silences the lips of trusted
advisers and takes away the discernment of elders. He pours contempt on nobles
and disarms the mighty. He reveals the deep things of darkness and brings deep
shadows into the light. He makes nations great, and destroys them; he enlarges
nations, and disperses them. He deprives the leaders of the earth of their
reason; he sends them wandering through a trackless waste. They grope in
darkness with no light; he makes them stagger like drunkards.
Job 35 v 14:
How much less, then, will he listen when you say that you do not see him, that
your case is before him and you must wait for him.
2 Corinthians 4 v 7 – 12:
But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power
is from God and not from us. We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed;
perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but
not destroyed. We always carry around in our body the death of Jesus, so that
the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body. For we who are alive are
always being given over to death for Jesus' sake, so that his life may be
revealed in our mortal body. So then, death is at work in us, but life is at
work in you.
Matthew 11 v 6:
"Blessed is the man who does not fall away on account of me."

Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe

on the ground, made some mud with the saliva, and put it on the man's eyes.
"Go," he told him, "wash in the Pool of Siloam" this word means Sent). So the
man went and washed, and came home seeing. His neighbors and those who had
formerly seen him begging asked, "Isn't this the same man who used to sit and
beg?" Some claimed that he was. Others said, "No, he only looks like him." But
he himself insisted, "I am the man."
Matthew 8 v 5 – 10:
When Jesus had entered Capernaum, a centurion came to him, asking for help.
"Lord," he said, "my servant lies at home paralyzed and in terrible suffering."
Jesus said to him, "I will go and heal him." The centurion replied, "Lord, I do
not deserve to have you come under my roof. But just say the word, and my
servant will be healed. For I myself am a man under authority, with soldiers
under me. I tell this one, 'Go,' and he goes; and that one, 'Come,' and he
comes. I say to my servant, 'Do this,' and he does it." When Jesus heard this,
he was astonished and said to those following him, "I tell you the truth, I have
not found anyone in Israel with such great faith.
John 4 v 29:
"Come, see a man who told me everything I ever did. Could this be the Christ?"
John 4 v 42:
They said to the woman, "We no longer believe just because of what you said; now
we have heard for ourselves, and we know that this man really is the Savior of
the world."
John 6 v 14:
After the people saw the miraculous sign that Jesus did, they began to say,
"Surely this is the Prophet who is to come into the world."

Simon Peter answered him, "Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of

turn to joy. A woman giving birth to a child has pain because her time has come;
but when her baby is born she forgets the anguish because of her joy that a
child is born into the world. So with you: Now is your time of grief, but I will
see you again and you will rejoice, and no one will take away your joy. In that
day you will no longer ask me anything. I tell you the truth, my Father will
give you whatever you ask in my name. Until now you have not asked for anything
in my name. Ask and you will receive, and your joy will be complete. "Though I
have been speaking figuratively, a time is coming when I will no longer use this
kind of language but will tell you plainly about my Father. In that day you will
ask in my name. I am not saying that I will ask the Father on your behalf. No,
the Father himself loves you because you have loved me and have believed that I
came from God. I came from the Father and entered the world; now I am leaving
the world and going back to the Father." Then Jesus' disciples said, "Now you
are speaking clearly and without figures of speech. Now we can see that you know
all things and that you do not even need to have anyone ask you questions. This
makes us believe that you came from God." "You believe at last!" Jesus answered.
"But a time is coming, and has come, when you will be scattered, each to his own
home. You will leave me all alone. Yet I am not alone, for my Father is with me.
"I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world
you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world."
Acts 8 v 36 - 37:
As they traveled along the road, they came to some water and the eunuch said,
"Look, here is water. Why shouldn't I be baptized?" Philip said, "If you believe
with all your heart, you may." The eunuch answered, "I believe that Jesus Christ
is the Son of God."
Acts 11 v 17:
So if God gave them the same gift as he gave us, who believed in the Lord Jesus
Christ, who was I to think that I could oppose God?"
Galatians 2 v 20:
I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me.
The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and
gave himself for me.
2 Timothy 1 v 12:
That is why I am suffering as I am. Yet I am not ashamed, because I know whom I
have believed, and am convinced that he is able to guard what I have entrusted
to him for that day.
Titus 3 v 3 – 7:
At one time we too were foolish, disobedient, deceived and enslaved by all kinds
of passions and pleasures. We lived in malice and envy, being hated and hating
one another. But when the kindness and love of God our Savior appeared, he saved
us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He
saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit, whom he
poured out on us generously through Jesus Christ our Savior, so that, having
been justified by his grace, we might become heirs having the hope of eternal
life.
Mark 4 v 11 – 12:
He told them, "The secret of the kingdom of God has been given to you. But to
those on the outside everything is said in parables so that, " 'they may be ever
seeing but never perceiving, and ever hearing but never understanding; otherwise
they might turn and be forgiven!
Isaiah 40 v 27 – 28:
Why do you say, O Jacob, and complain, O Israel, "My way is hidden from the
LORD; my cause is disregarded by my God"? Do you not know? Have you not heard?
The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will
not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom.
Isaiah 50 v 2 – 3:
When I came, why was there no one? When I called, why was there no one to
answer? Was my arm too short to ransom you? Do I lack the strength to rescue
you? By a mere rebuke I dry up the sea, I turn rivers into a desert; their fish
rot for lack of water and die of thirst. I clothe the sky with darkness and make
sackcloth it's covering."
Isaiah 49 v 14 – 15:
But Zion said, "The LORD has forsaken me, the Lord has forgotten me." "Can a
mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has
borne? Though she may forget, I will not forget you!
John 14 v 8 – 11:
Philip said, "Lord, show us the Father and that will be enough for us." Jesus
answered: "Don't you know me, Philip, even after I have been among you such a
long time? Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, 'Show us
the Father'? Don't you believe that I am in the Father, and that the Father is
in me? The words I say to you are not just my own. Rather, it is the Father,
living in me, who is doing his work. Believe me when I say that I am in the
Father and the Father is in me; or at least believe on the evidence of the
miracles themselves.
John 17 v 9 – 10:
I pray for them. I am not praying for the world, but for those you have given
me, for they are yours. All I have is yours, and all you have is mine. And glory
has come to me through them.
John 15 v 26:
"When the Counselor comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit
of truth who goes out from the Father, he will testify about me."
Proverbs 30 v 4 – 6:
Who has gone up to heaven and come down? Who has gathered up the wind in the
hollow of his hands? Who has wrapped up the waters in his cloak? Who has
established all the ends of the earth? What is his name, and the name of his
son? Tell me if you know! "Every word of God is flawless; he is a shield to

Genesis 32 v 24 – 30:
So Jacob was left alone, and a man wrestled with him till daybreak. When the man
saw that he could not overpower him, he touched the socket of Jacob's hip so
that his hip was wrenched as he wrestled with the man. Then the man said, "Let
me go, for it is daybreak." But Jacob replied, "I will not let you go unless you
bless me." The man asked him, "What is your name?" "Jacob," he answered. Then
the man said, "Your name will no longer be Jacob, but Israel, because you have
struggled with God and with men and have overcome." Jacob said, "Please tell me
your name." But he replied, "Why do you ask my name?" Then he blessed him there.
So Jacob called the place Peniel, saying, "It is because I saw God face to face,
and yet my life was spared."
Hosea 12 v 3 – 5:
In the womb he grasped his brother's heel; as a man he struggled with God. He
struggled with the angel and overcame him; he wept and begged for his favor. He
found him at Bethel and talked with him there- the LORD God Almighty, the LORD
is his name of renown!
Judges 6 v 22 – 24:
When Gideon realized that it was the angel of the LORD, he exclaimed, "Ah,
Sovereign LORD ! I have seen the angel of the LORD face to face!" But the LORD
said to him, "Peace! Do not be afraid. You are not going to die." So Gideon
built an altar to the LORD there and called it The LORD is Peace. To this day it
stands in Ophrah of the Abiezrites.
Judges 13 v 21 – 22:
When the angel of the LORD did not show himself again to Manoah and his wife,
Manoah realized that it was the angel of the LORD. "We are doomed to die!" he
said to his wife. "We have seen God!"
Job 19 v 25 – 27:
I know that my Redeemer lives, and that in the end he will stand upon the earth.
And after my skin has been destroyed, yet in my flesh I will see God; I myself
will see him with my own eyes-I, and not another. How my heart yearns within me!
Exodus 23 v 20 – 21:
"See, I am sending an angel ahead of you to guard you along the way and to bring
you to the place I have prepared. Pay attention to him and listen to what he
says. Do not rebel against him; he will not forgive your rebellion, since my
Name is in him."
Psalm 45 v 6 – 7:
Your throne, O God, will last for ever and ever; a scepter of justice will be
the scepter of your kingdom. You love righteousness and hate wickedness;
therefore God, your God, has set you above your companions by anointing you with
the oil of joy.
Hebrews 1 v 8:
But about the Son he says, "Your throne, O God, will last for ever and ever, and
righteousness will be the scepter of your kingdom.
Isaiah 6 v 1 – 3:
In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord seated on a throne, high and
exalted, and the train of his robe filled the temple. Above him were seraphs,
each with six wings: With two wings they covered their faces, with two they
covered their feet, and with two they were flying. And they were calling to one
another: "Holy, holy, holy is the LORD Almighty; the whole earth is full of his
glory."
John 12 v 37 – 41:
Even after Jesus had done all these miraculous signs in their presence, they
still would not believe in him. This was to fulfill the word of Isaiah the
prophet: "Lord, who has believed our message and to whom has the arm of the Lord
been revealed?" For this reason they could not believe, because, as Isaiah says
elsewhere: "He has blinded their eyes and deadened their hearts, so they can
neither see with their eyes, nor understand with their hearts, nor turn–and I
would heal them." Isaiah said this because he saw Jesus' glory and spoke about
him.
1 Peter 2 v 6 - 9:
For in Scripture it says: "See, I lay a stone in Zion, a chosen and precious
cornerstone, and the one who trusts in him will never be put to shame." Now to
you who believe, this stone is precious. But to those who do not believe, "The
stone the builders rejected has become the capstone," and, "A stone that causes
men to stumble and a rock that makes them fall." They stumble because they
disobey the message–which is also what they were destined for. But you are a
chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God,
that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his
wonderful light.
Isaiah 9 v 6:
For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on
his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
Titus 2 v 13:
While we wait for the blessed hope–the glorious appearing of our great God and
Savior, Jesus Christ.
Isaiah 40 v 3:
A voice of one calling: "In the desert prepare the way for the LORD; make

"See, I will send my messenger, who will prepare the way before me. Then
suddenly the Lord you are seeking will come to his temple; the messenger of the
covenant, whom you desire, will come," says the LORD Almighty.
Matthew 11 v 10:
This is the one about whom it is written: " 'I will send my messenger ahead of
you, who will prepare your way before you.'
Matthew 1 v 23:
"The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and they will call
him Immanuel" –which means, "God with us."
Isaiah 7 v 14:
Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will be with child
and will give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel.

"What do you want with us, Son of God?" they shouted. "Have you come here to
torture us before the appointed time?"
Luke 8 v 28 – 31:
When he saw Jesus, he cried out and fell at his feet, shouting at the top of his
voice, "What do you want with me, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? I beg you,
don't torture me!" For Jesus had commanded the evil spirit to come out of the
man. Many times it had seized him, and though he was chained hand and foot and
kept under guard, he had broken his chains and had been driven by the demon into
solitary places. Jesus asked him, "What is your name?" "Legion," he replied,
because many demons had gone into him. And they begged him repeatedly not to
order them to go into the Abyss.
Matthew 9 v 6 – 8:
But so that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive
sins...." Then he said to the paralytic, "Get up, take your mat and go home."
And the man got up and went home. When the crowd saw this, they were filled with
awe; and they praised God, who had given such authority to men.
Matthew 22 v 43 – 46:
He said to them, "How is it then that David, speaking by the Spirit, calls him
'Lord'? For he says, " 'The Lord said to my Lord: "Sit at my right hand until I
put your enemies under your feet." ' If then David calls him 'Lord,' how can he
be his son?" No one could say a word in reply, and from that day on no one dared
to ask him any more questions.
Psalm 110 v 1 – 4:
The LORD says to my Lord: "Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies a
footstool for your feet." The LORD will extend your mighty scepter from Zion;
you will rule in the midst of your enemies. Your troops will be willing on your
day of battle. Arrayed in holy majesty, from the womb of the dawn you will
receive the dew of your youth. The LORD has sworn and will not change his mind:
"You are a priest forever, in the order of Melchizedek."
Matthew 28 v 17 – 18:

and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.
Mark 5 v 6 – 7:
When he saw Jesus from a distance, he ran and fell on his knees in front of him.

Most High God? Swear to God that you won't torture me!"
Luke 4 v 9 – 12:
The devil led him to Jerusalem and had him stand on the highest point of the
temple. "If you are the Son of God," he said, "throw yourself down from here.
For it is written: " 'He will command his angels concerning you to guard you
carefully; they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike
your foot against a stone.' " Jesus answered, "It says: 'Do not put the Lord
your God to the test.' "
Luke 4 v 33 – 34:
In the synagogue there was a man possessed by a demon, an evil spirit. He cried
out at the top of his voice, "Ha! What do you want with us, Jesus of Nazareth?
Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are–the Holy One of God!"
Luke 9 v 43 – 44:
And they were all amazed at the greatness of God. While everyone was marveling
at all that Jesus did, he said to his disciples, "Listen carefully to what I am
about to tell you: The Son of Man is going to be betrayed into the hands of
men."

I and the Father are one." Again the Jews picked up stones to stone him, but
Jesus said to them, "I have shown you many great miracles from the Father. For
which of these do you stone me?" "We are not stoning you for any of these,"
replied the Jews, "but for blasphemy, because you, a mere man, claim to be God."
John 12 v 44 – 46:
Then Jesus cried out, "When a man believes in me, he does not believe in me
only, but in the one who sent me. When he looks at me, he sees the one who sent
me. I have come into the world as a light, so that no one who believes in me
should stay in darkness.

Ephesians 1 v 2:
Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
Ephesians 6 v 23 – 24:
Peace to the brothers, and love with faith from God the Father and the Lord
Jesus Christ. Grace to all who love our Lord Jesus Christ with an undying love.
1 Thessalonians 3 v 11 – 13:
Now may our God and Father himself and our Lord Jesus clear the way for us to
come to you. May the Lord make your love increase and overflow for each other
and for everyone else, just as ours does for you. May he strengthen your hearts
so that you will be blameless and holy in the presence of our God and Father
when our Lord Jesus comes with all his holy ones.
2 Thessalonians 2 v 16 – 17:
May our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who loved us and by his
grace gave us eternal encouragement and good hope, encourage your hearts and
strengthen you in every good deed and word.
1 Timothy 3 v 16:
Beyond all question, the mystery of godliness is great: He appeared in a body,
was vindicated by the Spirit, was seen by angels, was preached among the
nations, was believed on in the world, was taken up in glory.
Titus 2 v 11 – 14:
For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men. It teaches
us to say "No" to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled,
upright and godly lives in this present age, while we wait for the blessed
hope–the glorious appearing of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, who gave
himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for himself a
people that are his very own, eager to do what is good.
Hebrews 1 v 8 – 10:
But about the Son he says, "Your throne, O God, will last for ever and ever, and
righteousness will be the scepter of your kingdom. You have loved righteousness
and hated wickedness; therefore God, your God, has set you above your companions
by anointing you with the oil of joy." He also says, "In the beginning, O Lord,
you laid the foundations of the earth, and the heavens are the work of your
hands.
Psalm 102 v 24 – 27:
So I said: "Do not take me away, O my God, in the midst of my days; your years
go on through all generations. In the beginning you laid the foundations of the
earth, and the heavens are the work of your hands. They will perish, but you
remain; they will all wear out like a garment. Like clothing you will change
them and they will be discarded. But you remain the same, and your years will
never end.
Genesis 1 v 1:
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
1 John 5 v 20:
We know also that the Son of God has come and has given us understanding, so
that we may know him who is true. And we are in him who is true–even in his Son
Jesus Christ. He is the true God and eternal life.
